Ndabagaza Reportedly Killed in Fighting in Minembwe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reports emerging from the highlands of Minembwe indicate that Col. Ndabagaza, described as one of the senior commanders of the MRDP-Twirwaneho group, may have been killed in ongoing fighting in the area.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ndabagaza has previously been mentioned in reports concerning armed clashes in and around Minembwe. A 2025 report by the United Nations Group of Experts identified him as Lt. Col. Oscar Ndabagaza and stated that he led a group of AFC\/M23 forces that reached Mikenge in late August 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New reports now claim that Col. Ndabagaza may have been killed during the fighting in Minembwe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, the exact location where he was allegedly killed has not been established, and there is also no clear independent information confirming which side he was fighting alongside at the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rwanda Tribune sought comment from MRDP-Twirwaneho regarding the reports and specifically sought confirmation or clarification concerning the alleged death of Col.<br>Ndabagaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, no response had been received by the time of publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There has also been no independent statement or official military announcement publicly confirming Col. Ndabagaza\u2019s reported death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rwanda Tribune continues to follow developments surrounding the fighting in Minembwe and the reports concerning Col.
